NBA Summer League Day 13: Big East Recap

Let’s check out how some Big East alums fared in Day 13 of Summer League

Isaiah Whitehead

It was another solid game for Whitehead as he led the Brooklyn Nets in scoring in a 85-74 win against the Denver Nuggets. He scored 14 points and four assists and knocked down two triples in the process.


Rodney Pryor

Jamil Wilson

Even though his team in the LA Clippers lost, Wilson had a very strong performance. He was the best player coming off the bench, scoring 11 points which included three three-pointers.


Dylan Ennis

It was a struggle for the former Villanova shooting guard against the Boston Celtics, especially offensively He only scored two points on 1 of 4 shooting from the field and along with two rebounds in his 12 minute performance.

Jakarr Sampson

Even though the Sacramento Kings lost to the Dallas Mavericks in SL play, Big East alum Jakarr Sampson had a decent night. Sampson dropped eight points and grabbed seven rebounds in his 20 minutes of action.


Cole Huff

This loss against the Portland Trail Blazers was a real struggle for Huff. The former Creighton player shot 2 of 10 from the field and only scored five points. He was also a -9 while on the court.


Vander Blue

Blue has continued to impress in Summer League play for the Los Angeles Lakers. He started again and put out a very efficient performance. Blue scored 18 points on 7 of 11 shooting along with four rebounds and assists as well.
