With looming departures coming to their frontcourt, it obviously behooves Seton Hall to stay in front of this issue going forward. They will be without, at minimum, Angel Delgado and Ismael Sanogo following the 2017 season and are pursuing talents like Steere and Nazreon Reid and Jermaine Harris, among others already.
Steere is a three-star power forward per 247Sports Composite. He ranks as the eighth-best player in the state of North Carolina, 37th overall among his peers at his position and 174th overall in the country. Those that he finds himself in the company in down in North Carolina include Damon Harge Jr., Hunter Tyson, Virginia Tech Hokies commit Jarren McAllister and Maryland Terrapins commit Aaron Wiggins.
Right now, the 6-foot-9, 230-pound power forward has offers from the Arkansas Razorbacks, Clemson Tigers, Connecticut Huskies, Florida State Seminoles, Kansas Jayhawks, Maryland Terrapins, Missouri Tigers, Pittsburgh Panthers, Tennessee Volunteers and Texas Tech Red Raiders.
