2017 four-star recruit Kyle Young has officially flipped his commitment.
Young, who committed to the Butler Bulldogs back in August 2016, announced Monday evening that he would be going to Columbus to play for the Ohio State Buckeyes.

Young’s decision at the time came between Butler and OSU. It was considered a pretty big win for BU at the time, as the Massillon, Ohio native had been the centerpiece to what was the best recruiting class in program history. Evidently, due to Chris Holtmann’s departure from Indy and subsequent arrival in Columbus, that was enough for Young to sway and flip over to the Buckeyes, which isn’t all too surprising considering the circumstances.
Butler will likely retain the services of the remaining four players in the class.
Earnest best of luck to Young in Columbus.
