Back on April 26, Bazley, the top-ranked player in Ohio, decommitted from the Ohio State Buckeyes. As our friends at Land-Grant Holy Land mentioned at the time, this was a big blow for the Buckeyes and showed where they are as a program right now.
In any event, Bazley has been gaining a lot of traction since his decommit. Georgetown is one of several schools to shoot him an offer after he made his announcement. This includes the Louisville Cardinals, who joined the Hoyas in offering him on Wednesday night. The Virginia Tech Hokies also got in on him, and the Xavier Musketeers are also pursuing the four-star small forward, among many others.
