Many of the matchups were already made available to the public, but Thursday’s announcement revealed the exact dates of all the upcoming encounters.
Trips to face the Rhode Island Rams and the Massachusetts Minutemen are in the cards as well as a trip to Madison Square Garden, where the Friars will take part in the 2017 2K Classic.
The Washington Huskies, Virginia Tech Hokies and Saint Louis Billikens will be there to greet them at the World’s Most Famous Arena as part of the yearly scheduled event.
In addition, the Friars will be hosting the Minnesota Golden Gophers on November 13 as part of the 2017 Gavitt Games. Their penultimate nonconference matchup will be against the Houston Cougars at the nearby Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville on December 20.
