NCAA Basketball: Xavier at Creighton Steven Branscombe-USA TODAY Sports

Hello there!

You may remember TMFB from various points in the season. Now that it’s the offseason, we’re going to make an honest effort to bring it back on a daily basis so you can stay up to date on all the Big East news going on!

Creighton signs Jacob Epperson (Creighton Athletics)

Epperson is a 6’11 center who should play a very big part in filling the void of Justin Patton’s departure.

Oh, also, Epperson is teammates with top Creighton target Brian Bowen.

Jessica January selected by Connecticut Sun in 2017 WNBA Draft (DePaul Athletics)

January was the lone Big East player taken in Thursday’s WNBA Draft, going 28th overall to the Connecticut Sun. In her final season at DePaul, January averaged 15.0 points, 6.5 assists, and 5.3 rebounds per game.

Georgetown Recruiting Notre Dame Transfer SF Matt Ryan (Casual Hoya)

Ryan would sit a year and then have two years of eligibility remaining. He shoots a lot of threes, as you can see in that link.

2017 Villanova Basketball season recap: Darryl Reynolds (VU Hoops)

How did Reynolds do in his first season as a starter? Better than you may realize!
