After a week-and-a-half of nothing, we finally know the first name on Patrick Ewing’s Georgetown coaching staff: Former Seton Hall head coach Louis Orr, per FanRag’s Jon Rothstein.
Former Seton Hall head coach Louis Orr is expected to be a part of Patrick Ewing's staff at Georgetown, per multiple sources.

Orr, who led Seton Hall to two NCAA Tournament appearances in his tenure has other Big East ties, as well. He played for Syracuse from 1976-1980, and was an assistant at Providence under Pete GIllen in the mid-90s.
It was evident that Ewing was going to need assistant coaches with a lot of previous NCAA experience, and that looks to be the route Georgetown took with hiring Orr.
