Marquette Golden Eagles junior guard Haanif Cheatham is leaving the program immediately for “personal reasons”, according to a release from the university.

As noted in the tweet, Cheatham started all five games for the Golden Eagles this season, and started 63 of the 70 games in his Marquette career.
Cheatham averaged 10.1 points per game in his two-plus seasons with the program.
