2017 four-star forward Xavier Tillman commits to Michigan State over Marquette, Purdue

2017 four-star forward Xavier Tillman (Grand Rapids, Mich.) will be staying local and playing for Tom Izzo’s Michigan State Spartans, Tillman announced Friday afternoon.

Tillman, who is the second-ranked player in Michigan, per ESPN’s Top 100, had Michigan State, Marquette, and Purdue in his final three.

Michigan State held the majority in Tillman’s Crystal Ball, however, there was late traction towards Marquette.

Marquette’s attention now turns to Hasahn French, another 2017 big man, who visited the school a few weeks back.
