2016 NBA Summer League: Day 4 Big East update

NCAA Basketball: NCAA Tournament-Raleigh Practice Geoff Burke-USA TODAY Sports

New York Knicks 92, Miami Heat 84

The Knicks finally won a Summer League game! Former Georgetown Hoya DaJuan Summers had 13 points on 4-10 shooting and added three rebounds.

Detroit Pistons 80, Indiana Pacers 76

The Pistons improved to 3-0 as Henry Ellenson had 14 points and five rebounds in 29 minutes of action. Of the three games the big man has played, this one was his best, which is a good sign going forward.

San Antonio Spurs 95, Philadelphia 76ers 91

Meanwhile out in Utah, Ryan Arcidiacono and the San Antonio Spurs faced #1 pick Ben Simmons and the Philadelphia 76ers. Arch didn’t record a point, but had five assists, two rebounds, and two steals in his 25 minutes.

In case you’re wondering, Ben Simmons did not play.

Boston Celtics 89, Utah Jazz 82

Former Villanova Wildcat JayVaughn Pinkston had nine points and one rebound in 10 minutes, but the story of the night was Ben Bentil and this filthy dunk he threw down.

Bentil finished with seven points, three rebounds, and (likely) a SportsCenter Top 10 appearance.
