Creighton's Maurice Watson returning for senior season

Creighton guard Maurice Watson, Jr. will be returning to the school for his senior season, according to ESPN's Jeff Goodman.

Creighton's Mo Watson told ESPN he will withdraw from the NBA Draft process and will return to school next season.

Watson had been going through the NBA Draft process, but did not receive an invite to the Draft Combine in Chicago.

In his first season at Creighton after transferring from Boston Univeristy, the guard led the Bluejays in scoring with 14.1 PPG and led Bluejays in assists with 6.5 per game.

Watson will have one season of eligibility remaining.
