Interview with Hoyas offer Terrance Mann

Three-star guard from New Hampshire chats with BECB about his future.

Nate Shron

Terrance Mann, a class of 2015 combo guard from New Hampshire and goes to the Tilton school, who was offered by Georgetown in August, allowed me to catch up with him. I did a question and answer with him about a variety of things.

Big East Coast Bias: For those who don’t know, tell us a little about your style of basketball?

Terrance: Well, I’m a 6’6 guard. I rebound a lot and led my team both in rebounding and scoring this season. I have a high IQ and work really hard on defense, usually guarding the best player on other teams. So more like a point forward and I can do a little of everything.

Big East Coast Bias: Who do you currently hold offers and interest from?

Terrance: The schools I currently hold offers from are Georgetown, Florida State, Creighton, URI, Maryland, and VCU. The schools that have shown interest in me are Florida, Northeastern, Iowa, Iowa State. Minnesota, West Virginia, George Washington, Pittsburgh and Miami.

Big East Coast Bias: What is something you did over the summer to improve your game?

Terrance: Lift and played with pros.

Big East Coast Bias: How did the Hoyas offer come about and are they really high on you?

Terrance: Well, I have always like the school and they’re really high on me

Big East Coast Bias: Going forward with AAU this summer, what are you looking forward to and whom are you playing for?

Terrance: I am playing for BABC, which stands for Boston Amateur Basketball Club. Goals I have for this summer is winning the EYBL championship.

Mann said he would commit before his senior season. Mann is rated 3 stars by 247 sports and has a composite rating of 92. The Hoyas do have a shot of landing him.
