The Smoking Musket, the West Virginia writer for our SBNation family of sites, has a better sourced report on the rumor that began swirling last night concerning disarray on the West Virginia coaching staff. The Smoking Musket reports that the coaching staff tension is based at least in part on the fact that Bill Stewart was a source for the Chuck Landon hit piece that alleged Dana Holgorsen has had as many as six alcohol related incidents in his time in Morgantown. Obviously, if this is true, it's hard to imagine the two men being able to navigate the already awkward coach-in-waiting situation that was arranged for the 2011 season.
