Friday Night Big East Football Twofer: OPEN THREAD
Tonight, the Big East holds all the cards. The only football the WWL is broadcasting is Big East football. Unfortunately, both games just happen to be on at the same time, 8 p.m. Eastern. The good news is that if you have access to ESPN3, you can watch both games simultaneously.
In the other matchup on ESPN2/ESPN3, we have Rutgers at Louisville. The Cards destroyed Rutgers 40-13 in Piscataway last season. Rutgers ruined Louisville's dream season in 2006 on national TV. The stakes are certainly lower, but it is Louisville who could mess with a surprising 5-1 start by the Scarlet Knights in this game on TV.
Mengus is live in the pressbox at PJCS for the Rutgers-Louisville tilt. I'm at the BECB West Coast headquarters looking at both games and waiting for those Big East invites to go out.
